These Terms govern access to and use of FureTek products, software, websites, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2) Accounts

You may need an account to start a trial, activate a license, manage devices, or access downloads. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3) Trials and Licenses

  • Trial: Some products include a time-limited trial (e.g., 15 days). Trial availability and duration may vary by product.
  • License: Unless stated otherwise, licenses are for personal or internal professional use and are non-transferable.
  • Device activations: A license may allow activation on a limited number of devices (e.g., 2). You may manage devices from your dashboard.
  • Offline use: Products may support offline operation for a limited grace period. Periodic online checks may be required to continue beyond the grace period.

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Circumvent licensing, activation, or security mechanisms.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where allowed by law.
  • Distribute, resell, sublicense, or share activation methods outside your permitted use.
  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

5) Updates and Availability

We may update the Services, including features and requirements, to improve security, compatibility, and performance. We do not guarantee that older versions will remain supported indefinitely.

6) Intellectual Property

FureTek and all associated trademarks, designs, and software are owned by FureTek or its licensors. You receive a limited right to use the software under these Terms; no ownership is transferred.

7) Support

Support may be provided via our Help Center and contact channels. Response times may vary. Some support features may require a paid license.

8) Third-Party Services

Payments, downloads, analytics, or email delivery may be provided by third parties (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). Their terms and privacy policies may apply.

9) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or suitability for a specific purpose.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FureTek will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will post an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
