Refund Policy

1) Digital products

FureTek software is delivered digitally via download. Many products include a free trial (e.g., 15 days) so you can evaluate compatibility and workflow before purchase.

2) Refunds (default)

Unless required by local law or explicitly stated on the product page:

  • Purchases are generally non-refundable after delivery/activation, since the product can be downloaded immediately.
  • We may issue refunds in good-faith cases (e.g., duplicate charge, billing error, or technical incompatibility we cannot resolve) at our discretion.

3) Duplicate charges / billing errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support with your order details. We will investigate promptly.

4) How to request

Email support with:

  • Account email
  • Product name
  • Purchase date / transaction ID
  • Reason for request and relevant details
