1) Digital products
FureTek software is delivered digitally via download. Many products include a free trial (e.g., 15 days) so you can evaluate compatibility and workflow before purchase.
2) Refunds (default)
Unless required by local law or explicitly stated on the product page:
- Purchases are generally non-refundable after delivery/activation, since the product can be downloaded immediately.
- We may issue refunds in good-faith cases (e.g., duplicate charge, billing error, or technical incompatibility we cannot resolve) at our discretion.
3) Duplicate charges / billing errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support with your order details. We will investigate promptly.
4) How to request
Email support with:
- Account email
- Product name
- Purchase date / transaction ID
- Reason for request and relevant details
